Ankit credits
- Credits (at the price per credit quoted to you before you buy, plus applicable GST) are non-refundable and non-transferable once bought.
- If a design fails because of our system, such as a system error or timeout, the credit returns to your account automatically. You do not need to ask.
- Credits do not expire, so unused credits stay on your account.
- Where Indian law requires a refund, we give one.
Try before you buy
The free watermarked preview needs no account, and each invited account gets its first design free, so you can check Ankit suits your work before buying credits.
Payments made in error
If you paid the wrong amount or paid twice, email parth@adityanexus.com with the UPI or bank reference within 30 days. Once we confirm it, we return the extra amount to the account it came from within 7 working days.
Contract services
Cancellation and refunds for contract work follow the proposal or SOW. If it says nothing, you can cancel by written notice, you pay for work done up to that date, and any advance beyond that is refunded.
